TEMPRO
Material:
1kg is cassava, husk then is rasped

BANANA FRIES
Material:
6 banana petrify / kepok husks then cleft to become 2
100 ml waters
Ground condiment:
3 red onions
1 garlic
1 sdt coriander
1 sdt salt
Trick makes:
Mix ground condiment with scrambled water then coats to banana, let a few moments so condiment melts together.
Heat oil then banana shirring until ripe

LAYER CAKE

Material:
300 rice flour grams
150 flour gram starch
300 sand sugared grams
1200 ml santan

Trick makes:
cook santan until boiling, screw pine leaf, sand sugar and salt while is swirled.
Rice flour mingling & starch flour. Decant santan warm few while is swirled until ground dough and is mixed rolled out.

KOLAK BREADFRUIT

Material:
1 the old breadfruit (but is not ripe lho yes)
200 gr brown sugars + 200 ml water poaches then at filter
2 sdm sand sugars
1 sdt salt
1 sachet vanilla
1000 ml coconut milk rather viscous
2 lb screw pine leafs
Trick makes:
Breadfruit was husked by skin it dices wash little until clean slate, set apart.
coconut milk is poached then sukun's entry, add salt, vanilla, screw pine leaf,and sand sugar. Cook brown sugar liquid until boiling and ripe.
Put breadfruit into bowl, ready to be dished.
