SHED SHRIMPS
Material:
300 gr shrimps to discard heads, clear and be mashed + few water( if I skin it is not is discarded)
100 gr wheat flours
2 eggs are shuffled
Ground condiment:
2 garlics
1 sdt salt
Trick makes:
Mingling all material becomes one, stirred up until rolled out, then shirring with hot oil, until brownish yellow.
Readily been presented, can be eaten by shrewish sauce.
