EMPAL GEPUK


EMPAL GEPUK

Material:
½ kg is beef
750 ml santan
3 lbr greeting leafs
1 tamarind teaspoon + 50 ml waters
cooking oil to fry

Condiment is grounded / is mashed:
10 red onions
2 garlic fangs
2 coriander teaspoons
2 cm alpina galangas
2 brown sugar teaspoons
1 1 / 4 salt teaspoons
1 btg serai

Trick makes:
Poach flesh with water until last soft, Cut fibers unidirectional flesh approximately its thick 1 cm, Then flesh at hits until slightly flesh thinly.
cook santan with ground condiment, greeting leaf and tamarind water while at pokes at so santan uncrannied
Insert flesh already at dices thinly then cook by little fire until jelling (dry).
Shirring afterwards flesh with hot oil then designate.
