LAYER CAKE



Material:
300 rice flour grams
150 flour gram starch
300 sand sugared grams
1200 ml santan
4 lbr screw pine leafs
1 sdt salt
food color (if I use paste)

Trick makes:
cook santan until boiling, screw pine leaf, sand sugar and salt while is swirled.
Rice flour mingling & starch flour. Decant santan warm few while is swirled until ground dough and is mixed rolled out.
To batter as 3 a part each give appetite appropriate colors.
Heat boiler then puts brass at in it has already re cover by cooking oil. Decant approximately two vegetable spoon batter, Steam up to 5 minutes, then coats by coat secondly and so on steam again 5 minutes, Do similar thing until dough be gone and last steam be 45 minutes.
